Will champions in the 7 star loyalty crystal ever change?

I would assume that they definitely won't given the options left to introduce to the 7* pool, but even more due to the fact that they took away the cooldown. Introducing worthwhile champs to that with an unlimited ability to purchase the crystals is a non-starter for Kabam.

I hope they bring back a buyable crystal like inscurions or loyalty back to the summoners market
