They told you to solve it with Apple? So you haven't been ignored then, and it isn't fair to say that you were either.
Kabam gets told by Apple which account to send a purchase to. If you made a purchase through Apple and it went to the wrong MCoC account, then that is indeed something to solve on the Apple side, not Kabam.
Hey Aurelio, sorry to hear about the order issue. As Narwh4l mentioned, if our team directed you to Apple support its because its an issue on their end that we cannot resolve and need Apple to address. If, after discussing things with Apple, they say they cannot resolve it and we need to then please let me know and I'll try and dig deeper, but this is the process we have to follow.
narwhal, i should have gone deeper on my comment.
i said im being ignored because i tried to solve this with apple and there’s no posibility according to what support page says, i cant even go further on reaching help.
I told this to kabam 2 days ago and they asked for screenshots, i sended those and i stopted receving answers. Its been two days and i kept writing on the open ticket, and nothing. That sounds like being ignored, doesnt it?
Pinwheel, i have reached apple and got no solution, i told this to kabam support two days ago with screenshots and got no answer, its been 3-4 messages i have sended and nothing. What else can i do?
sounds like Apple ignored you not kabam
Two days ago was Easter Sunday. Kabam had a long holiday weekend and might be working to clear a support backlog going back to Friday.
Sounds like your title should read "kabam employees don't work over the long Easter weekend and I'm too impatient".
You posted a ticket on a weekend, give them a chance man
The homies are teaming up on you Aurelio.
They are trying to say that you should wait a few days after the Easter holidays and be patient on getting a support response.
