Kabam scam on stellar forged piece

After todays update my selectors select automaticly i bought starlord piece and all the others were locked except 2 of them i couldnt leave selector i tapped the piece and it didnt show did i have the piece or not i slected it cuz i didnt had any choice i bought the last piece again . Now i have 5 piece and plus one but i still cant buy the starlord stellar forged also apex coliseum doesnt appear on my in game screen i want my 2500 unit back for extra piece game forced me to buy and want to buy my stellar forge starlord

If you selected the wrong piece, because of this month's “not showing you existing counts” bug. And so couldn’t see WHICH one you needed.

Submit a Support Ticket, and ask Kabam to swap it for the one you actually need.

oh, for buying the PIECE for 2500 (I was thinking trying to buy the champ himself, doesn’t show which piece you still need anymore since update)

But where you did, it shows LOCKED to indicate you already have those pieces. So can only select a piece you STILL NEED.

If you are saying you already had EVERY piece, then not sure why you went to buy that. But anyways, yes, can contact support.

From left upper corner in game, settings, there should be a “Support” button. But, yes, you will need to have Kabam ID (like how you are in Forums here, but for GAME too, and they need to match). Do you only login to game via Apple/Google Game Center ??? (If so, need to create and link an actual Kabam ID, and can be very hard instructions). Think you also need to have a ZenDesk linked account to for game (support login takes you to different login site to submit a ticket.)

May need help of @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex (or @DNA3000 who may have better instructions to do support ticket)

(sorry @DNA3000 , I’ve never done a ticket since they changed login requirement. And the Kabam ID for game, if using Google/Apple Play/Game Center, has always been tricky enough even before).

i was missing one piece but 2 of them were unlocked i didnt know which one was it so i took one not knowing i bought the stellar forged starlord now i have one extra piece which i bought accidently i did create a ticket now im waiting @SummonerNR

hmm that should not have been the case. If you had the piece it should have shown Locked.

(are you sure one is not the 6* piece instead ?)

The support system requires a Zendesk login, and it is a completely separate login from the game, the forums, and the webstore. If you have never logged into it before you just need to create a new one. It does not have to be identical to your game login. If you did create one long ago but just forgot, you can reset the password of that account by email address. Note that because this is a completely separate independent login, resetting the password on your support login does not affect your game login (or webstore login or forum login) in any way.
