EPOCH challenge Time Out

Twice now, TWICE, i have timed out of the first Hulkling fight while trying to ramp my R3 sentry. Is this timeout supposed to be a feature for this content??? If so then what is the point of ramp champions if you cant fully ramp them without getting timed out... I at least want compensation for the boosters that i have wasted
