    If you mean like posting an idea you have for a champions abilities or a rework than you could just post it on the forums and hope Kabam will notice. If not other people might like seeing your ideas. If there’s a direct way to contact Kabam and tell them your idea than I don’t know it but I personally really like seeing posts where people just come up with ideas for new champs or re doing old ones
