Strike Counter - Combat Power Rate - Bug
The war node description goes as below which is not working as intended. Its bugged.
"The Attacker starts with 5 Light Charge(s), 4 Medium Charge(s), and 2 Heavy Charge(s). A Charge is removed whenever the Attacker lands a corresponding Attack, and all Charges are reset when the Attacker lands a Special Attack. When any Charge reaches 0, the Attacker's Combat Power Rate(Modifies the amount of Power generated when Striking an Opponent, Blocking, or being Struck) decreases over time until Charges are reset."
As you can read at the end, the combat power rate will decrease over time until charges are reset. But even when the charges are reset, the supression passives on attacker never goes away. They keep on building as you progress. This should be a bug for sure.
Also the node in war which is tile 12 has a auto block chance 50% but I can never land a medium attack at all. How someone suppose to get along with this node where you need to land 4 medium to get a bar of power and you can't even land one medium attack.
Someone please clarify if i am wrong here.
