Pump It Up Valiant Crystal shards

So far I've seen them in the Platinum Track (spender track), but haven't noticed them anywhere else. I've reviewed the recent livestream, the MCOC Events and News pages, but don't see any other mention where they are at.

Curious if someone knows where they might be? Is it content dropping today, later?

I think the “starting on Thursday + update on Wednesday” has messed up a lot of the timing in game.
