Where's kabam?

We can see that after last update there were so much questions to the game such as google services autolog, disappearance of logout button, crashes and other
As for me, I've got infinite loading screen so I can't even enter the game
I guess there were many tickets to their support team. But do we have any answers?
The only time Kabam team appeared since an update is... AW new season announcement. We haven't seen a single comment on all discussions with problems. E.g. there's still no answer on my ticket lettered to them more than a day ago
Where are they?
Hoping they're spending all the time fixing that game

As said in livestream kabam can feel us and understand us so I guess they know exactly how to make the summoners feel very awful and frustrated. At this point I think those bugs are intentionally designed to retain the jobs by the coders so that they fix it and get credit which they themselves did, nice strategy btw.
