I had an account I'd been using for five years, with seven-star rank four characters (200 copies) and rank three characters (200 copies). On the 8th of the month, I logged in normally and played Necropolis. I was using an iPad, there was no VPN or game bot in the background, and I never shared my account with anyone else. Then, at 9 PM, I received a permanent ban. I contacted support, explained the situation, and sent emails. They said my account would remain closed. I emailed again, and this time they said there was nothing they could do. If you can't do it, then you can refer me to someone who can. What I can't accept is that since you're saying I used cheats or a third-party application, but you're not even saying that, you could clearly explain why my account was closed. At the very least, since you think I couldn't get past the Necropolis section (which I did), you could delete my progress there and reactivate my account. Five years of my life have essentially gone to waste. I emailed again, and I'm currently waiting for a response. They closed my account simply because I passed it for the first time using my own skill. Do you know of any other way I can reach them?
