How to link my Kabam ID to the MCoC account I logged into with Game Center

My account is currently set to log in automatically through Game Center. My previous Kabam account and this MCOC game account were both linked to my email address, but now it seems my Kabam account and MCOC game account have been separated. My game account is not linked to any Kabam account, and creating a new Kabam account only results in a new MCOC game account being created. This issue has persisted for a long time, and every time Kabam staff provide no response. I am furious. If there's no solution, why not contact me? Is this how you work?
