Request to Restore Missing Shard/Piece Visibility Feature in MCOC

Dear Marvel Contest of Champions Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding shard and Platinum Pool piece visibility in the game.

Previously, when selecting 7-star shards or similar items, the count of available pieces would be clearly visible. However, currently, this information appears to be hidden or not displayed properly. This makes it difficult to track how many pieces I already have and which specific pieces are still missing.

For example, today I received a free 7-star Platinum Pool piece. I now have only one piece remaining to complete the set, but there is no way to identify which exact piece is missing. Due to this limitation, I accidentally selected a duplicate piece.

This feature was extremely useful for planning and decision-making. Without it, users are forced to repeatedly navigate to crystals or other sections just to verify shard counts, which is inconvenient and time-consuming.

I would like to request:

-Restoration of the shard/piece count visibility feature
-Clear identification of missing Platinum Pool pieces
-Consideration of improving this feature for a better user experience

This feature is very important for many players, and I hope you will consider bringing it back or improving it.

Kabam has said it is a bug, it is not intended to be this way.

Some people have submitted Support Tickets. You can ask Kabam Support to change out your new duplicate PlatPool piece you may have just selected for one that you did not have.

Some have said they got it changed in their account already.
