First to say, it’s not confirmation for any kind of crystal event in 2026 May, just a prediction.
I really want to max out my limited units in different cash or unit events.
Now we shall meet act 9.4 completion bundle in next Wednesday which may costs you 15k units and contains some materials for rank 5. But! If there will be a crystal EVENT in May working like Omega Days or Heart of Fire, how will you choose? Assuming that I can get enough units for July 4th event after this unit spending, just consider unit spending project in April/May/June.
1. There is no Crystal Event in May. Then I can save my unit for July 4th deals or buy Act 9.4 Bundle if valuable.
2. There is gonna hold a Crystal Event like Heart of Fire in May. Though existing 6*champs who don’t have 7* rarity are becoming less and less, there are still some nice guys waiting their chance to shine again. Kate Bishop/Arcangel/CGR are those characters that no one wants to miss. If there’s any chance for them to get higher rarity, I shall put my units mostly into this Crystal Event not act 9.4 bundle.
3. There will be a Crystal Event in May but characters contained are Electro/Ronan who are not the most powerful ones together with some buffed champs like Cable and someone else. Then I may save my unit and wait for official deep dive to decide whether I shall pull them out in May. This possibility will also affect my Act 9.4 completion because I don’t know if those champs’ value is higher than 9.4 bundle. It would be nice if Mike can say something earlier than May stream
4. This case is almost same as 3, but they announce a NEW souvenir Champion like Dark Phoenix. To be honest I really don’t like Souvenir Champ especially DP who changed BG environment and the way Mystic class grows. But on the other hand, if there’s a souvenir guy who has great strength, I have to pull my unit for him even I hate the way it goes. PLEASE DON’T CONSIDER DP ALTERNATIVE. Not again
5. There will be a Crystal Event, but no new 7*champs. It will be a Ascension Crystal Event!(no way) No 7*champs like Kate or Electro, but Ascension chance for Nick Fury/Silk/Starky and other powerful champs in a limited period. Then there may be a featured champ with ascension available in the final milestone, this champ can be Kate Bishop or CGR who actually play the souvenir champ role. I may say it would be a little horrible for mcoc environment while I shall put almost all of my unit to pursuit those guys. Hope it won’t happen >~<
