Why they removed the option to see what pieces do I have? Same with shards and other stuff, man, it's so annoying

They didn't remove it, it's a bug. Hopefully one that won't be around much longer.

If you've chosen a piece you already have, submit a ticket to support. The bug is incredibly obvious, so they should be able to do something about it. Explain the situation to them like they are baby Groot arming a bomb and tell them which piece you would've picked had the bug not prevented you from seeing your inventory. They should hopefully be able to reverse the choice and send you a different piece, though this is not guaranteed.

Why i only received one Ascended Level1 7* champion? Shouldn't i had received two Ascended Level1 7* champions instead, since i opened all of those 46 crystals at once?

Why are you hijacking a post that has nothing to do with your issue?

7* ascension are guaranteed every 120 crystals. Your next one was guaranteed after 23 and once you hit it, then it resets, so no, you should not have gotten two.
