I wasn't able to, but I had an outstanding objective so I went to complete that to see what happens. Looks like completing an objective triggers the unlock. So if you don't have an objective now, then completing one later today should kick it into gear.

there is no 1 day or 7 days purchasing in web store for platinum pass ??? it should be ?? , like previously, may be tonight (8pm in Europe )

I think they're holding that back until next week when Elder drops so people dont rush the track early then complain they missed out on elder rewards

The boosts are purposely delayed so players don't blitz to the days with Elder rewards enabled and accidentally pick lower rewards. They should pop up after Elder is available (Wednesday).
