I accidentally purchase an offer. How do I fix this?

I accidentally bought offers off the webstore for my F2P account instead of my main. Is there anything I can do to cancel this transaction? I'm not going to log in to my F2P account to prevent the pop-up claim system. If you know anything I can do please let me know, I need to keep my whale account growing and my F2P account authentic.

open a support ticket to xsolla , they can reverrse the transaction

Need to go through Kabam support, not Xsolla. Going through Xsolla could trigger a negative unit situation.

Submitting a ticket to support is a completely separate account that you need to create through Zendesk, so it doesn't matter which account you go through to get the ticket to them.
