Monthly quest Portal not opening for navigation

Every time i raise things, some nonsense response is received rather then resolving, now what you going to say its not even moving in the monthly quest, after reaching portal. Come give me some lame and lazy answer without resolving and won't give resorce back i used also.

(at the risk of giving you some nonsense response, and embarrassing myself from not having done this quest yet..)

Are you already PAST the portal (standing on the portal exit point) ?
because GREEN node to Aegon is already highlighted.

Aegon node would not be green if you were not already past the portal yet.

And you are just PREVIEWING the portal, which you can do from anywhere in the map.

Ding ding ding!!! Well guess you won the first price for the response genius, I tried lot of time and it was not moving, guess what I restart the game and it worked. So you didn't need to embarrass yourself with the lazy and obvious response. Now leave me to play my game, which I loved now feel like always there's a bug and lag. Koodos to your content team which is only thing interesting me to play the game.

Suggestion: get a better coder for the game.
