Can’t view current quantities.

Why can’t I view how may current shards I have? Is there a bug? I pulled a 7* Platinum Pool ticket and couldn’t view how many items I possessed too.

I've notice that as well. Its been quite a few days now and I too cannot make informed choices about selecting rewards when I don't know what I have on hand.
