Can’t See Amount of Items

So recently I’ve been seeing that I cannot see the amount of items I have, such as crystal shards, revives, other items, etc. Since I forgot about it, I claimed the free web store gift and now am stuck on the decision screen for the 7* platinum pool piece because I know I’m very close to getting him. I was wondering if there’s anything I can do or if anyone has these problems too.

Kabam is aware of it, especially as it relates to this platinum piece selector. They will probably provide some type of comp, whether it's an opportunity to exchange a piece or get an extra one.
