Thanks to the reports from players like you, our team has published a workaround so that Summoners should now be able to view their current inventory pieces correctly within the Selector menu before making a choice.

To address the rewards selected in error, we will be providing another Platinum Pool Selector in the Webstore next week.

Was worried that the new “Stack Limit” was gonna be like 1 (or 2), but no worries (it is 40 😀.)

So I assume the bug is that things WITHOUT a limit are causing their current count not to show, so adding an artificially high max limit solves it for PlatPool Pieces.

(*please, let's not have any complaints about if some people might have already been successful in getting their Piece swapped by support, prior to this decision (probably not very many). And if they had previously been 2 pieces away before, would now (with another upcoming free one) be able to get PlatPool a little earlier than their account should have been. Still same overall number of pieces, and don't think someone who had been further BEHIND because of uneven amounts before now being able to CATCH UP is much of a big deal).
