Summoner's Market Login Issues

For some reason, I'm unable to log into my Summoner's Market account ever since they changed the layout/design. My credentials work just fine for the game and forums, but when I put them into the store, the "authenticating" message pops up, and then the store goes back to the guest display. This turns into an endless loop, and I haven't been able to make purchases or claim the daily crystals for a few weeks now. This appears to be occurring on all of my devices, and changing my password doesn't fix the issue at all. The store worked just fine before the store's visual update came out. Please let me know how I can fix this. Thank you!
