best valiant focused bundle with deadlift?

i dont think one 7 star is worth 2 mil deadlift( already have 6 star rank 5 ascended human torch) . what is the next best option?
i am nowhere close to getting the catalyst for rank 5(t5 alpha catalyst) and was thinking that even if i try to get those bundles their value will fall of by the time i get 3/6 fully formed ones and it might be better to go for rank 3->4 or awakening gem . which one is better . (i have 2 rank 4 and will get another from 9.3 exploration)
