Cheating or poor functionality?

During bg matches my game crashes and the opponent automatically gets the W. Game does not crash ever in any other format. Is this cheating or just poor game function?

Something interrupted your connection to the servers, most likely on your end. Of course, that is not to say that you have bad internet or whatever other defensive response others have used, but the slightest blink can kick you out. At the very least, this is absolutely not cheating

Thanks for the reply. I have disconnected before and have always been able to log back in with lesser time to fight, but able to get back in nonetheless. This is an instant crash and win for the opponent regardless of how the matches have gone leading up to the crash. It doesn’t feel like a disconnection whatsoever.
