Where is the 50k loyalty from the weekly super event going to be distributed from now on

Loyalty is phasing out along with Glory, Incursions Artifacts and Battleground trophy tokens. It's all being replaced with Essentia. Plenty of posts about this.

Except loyalty has nothing do do with phasing any of the stores out, given loyalty is staying.

The entire Weekly Event changed - as of right now, there is no plan to put Loyalty elsewhere.

LLet's See if I understand this correctly. You guys said loyalty isnt going away like bg tokens, glory, etc. But yet you also take away the loyalty from an expected weekly event and wont add it back in anywhere else? Yea, that seems about on par with alot of kabama decisions lately. Not good ones either.

Loyalty will be phased out as well, just not immediately at launch like the other resources.
The weekly event was completely overhauled; the one it replaced went live only about 9 months ago.

The new Weekly Event has more value than the previous Event, which had fewer equivalent engagement resources and less than 2% of a Catalyst. It feels like we sometimes rush to call new changes “bad” before fully evaluating what’s inside them, especially when something feels different.

I personally take 8–10 fights per war, so I understand the Loyalty concern. I raised this with the team a few weeks ago and can bring it up again, but as of right now, there are no plans to reallocate Loyalty elsewhere. That said, I’m hopeful we’ll see some relief on the Alliance War side soon enough.

You say the new event has more value, but take away up to 150k loyalty a week from us.

The only way to get AW potions is loyalty and units. That's it, that's all.

So I'm super glad there's more value (in your words) according to you, but that leaves us 150k loyalty short for AW potions every week now.

In other words, that "value" is in the eye of the beholder because I sure as hell ain't seeing it because I need loyalty more than the rest of that stuff.

Kind of like in that other thread about AQ potions that end game variants were complaining about, and you said "not everybody is an endgame player who doesn't need those revives and potions", same deal here.

Some people push war and use loyalty for potions and boosts. Some don't.

Taking 150k loyalty from players because "eventually loyalty will be phased out" is asinine.

It isn't phased out, and we still use it. 😡

A nice happy medium would be to make the health pots a choice between AQ and AW. Gives everyone something they need and makes up for the lost loyalty for those that would've spent in on AW heals.

Dollar for dollar, there is objectively more value overall than there was before.

As I said above, I already raised the concern - I will raise it again, but I am passing along that as of right now, there are no plans to put that Loyalty elsewhere.

You may not have built the event, but I literally quoted you saying that the current event is worth more.

An event's worth is in the eye of the beholder. This isn't about dollars, it's about playing the actual game and kabam taking loyalty out of the event is asinine, period.

Now I know of course that wasn't your decision because A) you actually play the game and B) I'm sure you knew there would be an uproar, but since you're the messenger (good job, BTW, I wouldn't be able to do it, I'm too mean to put up with as much **** as you get) thanks for at least bringing it up.

The fact you have to bring it up "again" tells me whoever finalizes these decisions either doesn't play the damn game, or doesn't play war even remotely competitively, or doesn't take enough fights to actually need to use potions, orrrrr some combination of all 3.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex as an avid war player you know how valuable that 150k loyalty that’s why I’m raising this concern. It just doesn’t seem very fair just to take it away with no explanation or justification to not give it to us anymore. The loyalty price per potion is so ridiculously high and that helped to be able to mainmaintain a stable level. I just think we need a better explanation then sorry there no plans to give it to you anymore. That’s insane to do that to the players. I’ll personally take it as a spit in the players face saying shut up and deal with it.

This is a little worrying. If loyalty is going to disappear, would war potions be reallocated to rewards that we already get, or would we have to purchase them with essentia?

If it's the first option, we'd only have a limited amount of war potions, and if we needed more, we'd have to purchase them with units. If it's the 2nd option, players would feel terrible every time they spend their essentia on war potions.

I collected every reward so I can confirm that there is indeed better value than the previous version although hitting 2,800 points will be more difficult for many alliances

If Kabam has no intentions to add the missed loyalty elsewhere then please update the essentia store by adding war revives and potions. That should help the players who need war items.

That is not going to help either. As shown by DNA, most of the prices are higher with essentia than it was with the regular currencies. Chances are they say "We listened to you guys, heard your concerns and decided to put war potions in the Essentia store" so we can do the math and find out we are still getting ripped off...
