Now that Rank 4 gates and materials opened and will be even more available post 9.4 and Elder Progression Title, I see many players with 30-40 Rank 4s at their roster even with just 5m ~ 6m Hero Rating.
Was reversing BGs to the old and boring 30/30 Deck Necessary…?
