Doctor bong sound bug

I play with sound effects turned off but doctor bongs heavy attack plays at full volume scared the **** out of me when I was listening to a audio book and he heavy attacked me and a loud bang happened. First time getting jump scared in this game.
Either way figured I'd let someone know.
