For high evo, youll mostly be putting him on defense so increased resistances from the thing or human torch relic to stall attackers is way better than a block prof relic.

Dr bong, SF star lord, mbaku and patriot, can get either huge crit rating or guaranteed crits and because of diminishing returns, crit rating stat focus or the bullseye relic is not worth it. Karnak relic and crit damage stat focus is better.

Similarly, Idoom, lady d and cap wilson already have armor in their kits so the armor stat focus is not worth it. Block pen or physical resistance (most cosmics have physical damage) stat focus is better.

Gentle can get reinforce very easily so crit resistance is useless. Magneto relic way better. With bpcw, ur gonna be blocking a lot so block prof stat focus to reduce that damge is better than crit rating
