What happened to the missing 1-2 saga rank gem from twitch drops from over a month ago?

It's been a eternity without receiving the missing gem and the last word from Kabam about is in the announcements on 03/13/2026. To not get the missing rewards or at the bare minimum a update after like 5 weeks is diabolical. We put in the time to watch it we, were told it would be fixed and now it feels like we are being forgotten and ignored. What's going on?
