Madelyne Prior bug!

I've been testing around my new rank5 Madelyne Prior and when I was doing the the elder difficulty EQ I bumped into a bug. In the quest where it's sying to use Mystic champs, I faced Agent Venom and the goblin pit doesn't slow his heavies. Is this intended? Feels like a bug for sure...

Time is only slowed when the opponent is hindered, being that the hinder effect she places is a debuff, Agent venom likely purified it and that's why time didn't slow.
