Visual bug, black screen

Dear Team!

The problem started last night (Hungarian time).
When I enter the game, there is a black background, and when I start a match, neither the opponent nor my hero can be seen!
I have tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the application, but unfortunately it did not solve it!

If you can, please help!

Same for me on my moto G54. On my older OPPO A53, I don't have the issue, but this device is way too old to play on.

They had black, but during a fight (Serpent vs Air Walker, so NOT the normal Grandmaster (?) when reaching certain stage).

Didn’t say what device.

Same issue Samsung s26+

I was waiting ages for the final carina Villains and 9.4 and all I have is a BLACK screen, I had to complete AQ blind and just relying on muscle memory and guess work

Also happened to me. The game was fine a few hours ago, but then when I logged in now the whole hud is a black background and the maps + fight screen is also black

Same issue for me, using Moto G54, and this is a terrible timing for this this ti happen. Can this please be fixed asap and for the impacted players a compensation is in order.

Fix the game mate, my alliance has completed Carina challenges, 9,4, doing BG that finishes next week and we are here looking at a black screen. Players have raised tickets days ago and it is unacceptable the bug hasn't been fixed. I expect a compensation to be sent to affected players, no less than what was sent to accounts unfairly banned at the time, because this has effectively the same effect.

Good morning, some members of my alliance and I haven’t been able to play for the past two days due to an annoying issue: whenever we enter the game map or a battle, the screen turns completely black. Is there a way to fix this?

no way to fix it at least in my experience have tried the ussual things clearing the cache reinstall restart phone etc etc. They have had terrible buggy content launches for this year so far and now we have this where phones are getting black screens whenever they enter content? Not only that its on some phones that came out less than a year ago

We’ve tried everything too. For the past two days, we’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for help, especially since we’re losing in-game rewards and not contributing to our alliance. Honestly, having these kinds of issues right before a new season is a bit concerning.
