Yes, submit a Support Ticket (from support pages here, or link via settings page in game).
Would need to create a ZenDesk Kabam account (separate from Forum or Game account) to submit it, as Support uses that ZenDesk system for submissions.
Do not use any of the items you got in the incorrect package purchase.
