I was doing my yesterday's daily quest, I was in a fight with the boss magneto and the quest ended before I could finish the quest.

So, the team of champs I had is now stuck in a quest that doesn't exist anymore.

I then wanted to try out the newly released 9.4 only to realise I can't find the champs I used in the daily quest.

So, what to do now? I have finished exploring the new daily quest to no avail, the champs are still stuck in the abyss.

Additionally, I can't submit a ticket using the email with which I have made my Kabam ID cuz that email when I made the ID didn't exist and now belongs to someone else.

ZenDesk (Kabam Support ticket) requires a login for THAT support site, can be different from your Kabam ID (so should be able to use different email, so long as you specify player name and mention old/unused email for game account). Will maybe have to answer bunch of verification questions before proceeding though.

it’s happen to me few time ago , just log out , switch off your phone and come back ,it should work. , if not contact support
