Missing carina rewards

So I have finished all of the vol.4 carinas challenges and I got almost everything right except that selector box with massacre and starky. I saw it being there when I got the rewards too, but it has never shown the pop up to select anything yet.

Are you sure you're not mixing the volume 4 selector up with the CCP one? Should get the volume 4 selector after finishing 4 challenges. If you've got 4 done and didn't get it, then submit a ticket to support.
