Missing mysterium shop

Is anyone else missing the mysterium shop that gives the t3 alpha and t6 basic? Idk if this is due to reaching elder or if it is just an overall bug.

It has been removed. Mysterium is only going to be for low tier and legacy resources, all the stuff in there is in side quest rewards now
