Loading problem

Hello, good day. I was able to play the game without any problems before the update, but after the update, the game gets stuck on the first page of the "loading" screen and doesn't launch. My phone is a Redmi Note 13 Pro. Please fix this, I would appreciate it. Many other people are experiencing the same error. Best regards, I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible. To confirm, is it an issue with “LOADING” and the loading icon in bottom corner ? (or even before, with the initial monthly graphic screen up and “Loading” in the middle of screen)

Or afterwards, screen going mostly BLACK (which is what a lot of issues, for certain devices, have been having) ?

Haven't heard the Redmi Note experiencing the BLACK issue, so I assume you mean just Loading (game screen is normal, except just won't get off of the Loading state) ?

The black screen appears right after I've logged in the game. Everything that has a background is totally blacked out. Quests, crystal vaults, champion tab, stores, everything. I can still interact and navigate, but questing and fighting is completely out of the question

@ANØRAK , this is only to see if OP's ( @Cannnnn ) problem here is same or different.

If different issue (actual Loading, not Black), then would not be part of all the Black screen ones being mentioned in that one's main thread.
