Kabam can not do a simple thing correct

I joined at 10:38AM. They ended the stream at 10:50. I got nothing.

They really need to find a better system for this. It's hard enough getting in there timely to get these drops when you're in a time zone that's awake for these surprise streams. I can't imagine how bad it is for people on the other side of the planet who would normally be asleep when these things happen.

i needed 5 minutes for the final rewards because the stream froze at the beginning, so while I was waiting for it to go again before refreshing, I lost out on the last two rewards.

Kabam, it’s understandable that tech issues happen, HOWEVER, what is not fair is that when your stream drops and people are not able to get back in (despite attempts to restart the stream), people are unable to collect all drop rewards. This happened on the last stream, and people in the UK (myself and alliance members) were unable to get back into the stream for a considerable amount of time - this meant that we were unable to collect all drop rewards.

SAME ISSUE today, missed the last two drop rewards after being unable to reconnect to the stream. What is going on @KabamPinwheel and why are you guys not addressing this issue for the second time now? I think it would be fair to send out missed drops as compensation for everyone who was affected.

Fun fact if you kept on reading instead of being triggered you would notice i assumed the mistake. At the end of the day I got all drops so I don't really care. i just lol at the people who didn't. Specially the ones that claim they lost the drops because of the technical difficulties that lasted 1 refresh, so about 20-30 seconds at most?
