As mentioned, lots of people from alliance and my friends have already got him from in game mail, but I'vent received mine yet.
And yes I've collected all his pieces via regular and normal methods
I'vent bought any of his pieces via units.

Can you show us your store page to confirm you never spent units on a part?, thats the only real reason you can prove to anyone here you did not use units.
