BLACK SCREEN ISSUE

I haven’t been able to play the game for three days now due to a black screen issue. My entire alliance has already reached Elder with three Rank 5, while I’m completely stuck.
I don't care about compensation right now what I care about is a clear timeframe for when Kabam will fix this bug. This is affecting so many players who are in the exact same situation as me. What’s most concerning is that Kabam hasn't released an official statement acknowledging the bug or providing an estimated time for a fix. We need an answer.

Likewise. It's been 3 days now. The only thing beating the darkness of the bug is Kabam's shadow that has been cast over it. Fix it already @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex @KabamPinwheel
