right before a champ is knocked out
Has anyone else noticed here lately when a defender is 1-3% left with health no matter how many damage over time debuffs or passives are active or no matter how hard you were hitting before that threshold there is a short period where they like a gwenpool like sig ability and they stop taking the normal amount of damage and stay alive longer than they should? i really just noticed it in 9.4 with hulkling and before the 3% mark my light attacks were over 20k per hit with 2 furies then once that 3% hit my damage went down to hitting around the 1.5k a hit with 0 buffs a r4 7* hulkling hits harder than that. it took like two full combos to finish my defender after the 3% mark when before a full combo would do like 10-15% hp damge
