Wasted my 7 star generic awakening gem by accident

I bought 7 star sig stones from the mysterium store and was looking at my champs for who should i use the gems for. I started looking at the numbers on them. Then I clicked first appearance Maestro(Got him from the Carina's) to see how much sig stones effect his signature ability( I check this feature up since it was added in the game.) and clicked use items. I forgot he was unawakened and accidentally used my generic gem on him I was saving it for something I really wanted to use and I didn't complete necropolis and maestro could be awakened that way. I feel really stupid rn and I wanted to ask you if it can be reverted to an unawakened Maestro and could I get my gem back?

You should be able to file a ticket to get it back. I have a mate who made a similar mistake and they got it all sorted out. I think support said that there's either a week long or two week long window during which they can help you get the gem back, assuming you haven't used it to gain anything (so you can't awaken a champ, do a bunch of quests, and then ask for your gem back). Since you caught it in time, I'm assuming that shouldn't be a problem for you.

Also don't put sigs into him or they can't refund the gem.
