Has Echo damage change started yet?

If not why does it feels like jean and bastions damage were tweaked... Did a Jean vs Nick fury match Usually One SP2 Will take you to his second life if you have enough Neuros but that didn't happen... Also bastion's burst feels weaker...
I really hope I'm wrong and it was just a fluke

From what I understood from the Post about echo damage it basically saying all instant burst damage like Deadpool's daunted, jean gray's SP2 burst and if you read it very well there was a part about AAR not affecting it after the initial dot/debuff has been applied ie Bastions disintegration burst getting failed by domino after the initial disintegration gets applied

Those are not Echo damage, Echo damage is not “literally any form of Burst damage”. Echo damage is specifically referring to forms of damage that are themselves scale off of hit damage.

Northstar’s Reverb is Echo damage. It deals a percentage of hit damage as a burst of Physical damage. If you cause his hits to deal additional damage by any means, the Reverb scales up as well. DPX’s Shbleeds are not Echo damage. Besides basic things like Attack modification, Shbleeds just deal the flat amount of listed damage.

Oh I see..... 🤔 I'm just angry at the fact that The SP 2 didn't push nick to his second life even when I had 13 Neuros... Nick has no debuff so Inequity isn't in play so how 🥲
