BUG IN THE ORDEAL(NAMELESS THANOS)?

while playing against the nameless thanos in his last phase...i kept dying even though i had indestructible charge on me.
is this the correct behaviour for the serpent or its the bug? check the video link for reference:

It's not an indestructible charge, it is a safeguard buff. It reduces damage, it doesn't prevent it. Avengers cap the damage at 10% with the charge and it's like 30% or 40% for everyone else.
