Yeah, that's the ToS category that covers cheating, usually involving third party software. So you probably shouldn't have cheated.

Banned means Kabam bans you if you cheat, Mod, Merc, etc…

Permanent typically means permanent. You can appeal via a ticket to support, but if you cheated then nothing is going to change. It takes a lot to get a permanent ban.
