some people do not know the tech on how to prevent the game from forcing you to autoclaim the energy and revives

Twitch Drop rewards expire. Once you earn a drop, you must click the "Claim" button in your Drops Inventory within 24 hours of the campaign ending.

because I can become elder in a few weeks and some drops have "elder" rewards which I cannot get now but can when I'm elder. Why not just answer the question instead of starting an investigation😭😭

They at least don't last any longer than a week, so they won't useful to you in a few weeks.

Usually, what works for me is just being in the game already and playing when you claim the Twitch drops. The pop-up that forces you to claim usually doesn't show, and the rewards will just sit in the mail/stash until the expiration date.
Although I will say I notice it works when I'm playing Arena and go back to home
