This deal came into my store at 12;01 and there was a 1/1 purchase limit. I will attach photos to the thread. And then of course, my friend sends me a photo of the deal 2 hours later, and they changed it to 5 purchases??? But mine now says 5/5 bought, but i only purchased 1 at 12. Make this right and fix your game. This game is becoming so unplayable. Fix the offer for everyone who bought it like me at 12;01. Unbelievable. Fix the offer and fix the game.

Correction: it says 0/5 deal bought. When i bought one at 12;01 when it came out…. as a whale i literally need these sigs, so please fix this before the deal is gone.

okay so they refreshed the deal, but also refreshed it for everyone who already bought it out, allowing them to buy it out again…..?? i would like to buy it again xD a little unfair if you ask me. i guess we will see if they can compensate their mistake.

They refresed it but the ag bundle isn't even working. I didn't receive the generic gems or the ag shards so yeah not only are some people probably getting twice as much as we did, one of the bundles isn't even working, what a joke lmao

i cant lie, and im sorry, but i saw ur response saying u didnt even get the ag shards and i audibly laughed xD i really hope they fix it for you, but of course its just broken again, and some people get 2x 😭 so comical bro. hopefully there are fixes!

I bought the non AG one (which worked fine) then they both disappeared. Now they are back but I’m not buying any more of them until it is confirmed they are actually working.

It seems like you have less than the 60 Sig Stones you would have gotten from those 4 bundles.

Try refreshing the app to see if it shows you a fresh bundle -
If not, Support should be able to refund you

Yes it did I had over 20k units before I started buying the bundles. I have refreshed the game five times already and still missing both my 60 sigs and the shards

The first bundle gave me all the sigs (I pumped all 50 into Bong you can check)

Second one took my units and gave me nothing, I was supposed to receive 60 sigs yet it says 0 as you can see

And the shards obviously missing too

I don’t want my units back tho, I want the actual items.
