The Team has identified the issue, and will be able to send this item to all Summoners who claim that item from their Twitch Drops.

The item was incorrectly labeled as Sig Stones on Twitch, and is actually:

This Compensation will be sent after the conclusion of this Twitch Drop campaign, to properly catch all Summoners who reached the Milestone.
