@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex
This is nothing.
Don from his alt account, btw
Good job buddy. You caught him twice.
So WHAT is this anyways ? Someone saying on global that they purchased a game offer, and somehow they think since they gave Kabam money that they somehow are in Kabam's good graces now ?
That only works if receiving party is the “Acting President” of Venezuela, or President of the “Greater Joint Territories of Greenland and Canada”.
So WHAT is this anyways?
This is a player openly admitting to using mods in global chat, and not only that — promoting it in his Discord server — and Kabam still hasn’t taken action.
Stop twisting this into some joke about “good graces” or spending money. That’s not the issue, and you know it.
The real issue is simple: A player admits cheating publicly → gets reported with proof → tickets get closed → nothing happens.
What exactly are you guys doing?
Because right now, it looks like you’re turning a blind eye to modders, especially when they spend money. And when responses like yours deflect the situation instead of addressing it, it actually comes across as protecting or downplaying modding.
That’s worse than silence.
You say rules exist, but where is the enforcement?
If someone can openly admit to cheating and face zero consequences, then those rules mean nothing.
And yes — if this continues to be ignored, people will start spreading this, because players deserve to know that cheating is being overlooked.
Handle it properly, or don’t be surprised when the community stops taking your policies seriously.
Cheaters get banned. Someone saying global nonsense in global chat isn't evidence that they are cheating. If the account has been reported, then it has likely been reviewed, and if it has been reviewed and is still active, then the account almost certainly didn't cheat.
Spending doesn't protect anyone, and tattling on the forums doesn't condemn anyone. People say a lot of useless stuff in global chat because it is a cesspool for degenerates to gather and troll each other. There is no proof of anything in these screenshots.
Nobody is protecting cheaters. They need to go. But as I said before, you have nothing here.
Someone saying nonsense in global isn’t evidence”?
He didn’t just “say nonsense.” He clearly admitted to using mods and is promoting it outside the game as well. That’s not random trolling — that’s a pattern.
And let’s be honest here — hiding behind “it’s just global chat” is a weak excuse. People troll, sure. But admitting to modding and then backing it up elsewhere isn’t the same as random trash talk.
Your whole argument depends on blind trust: “If the account is still active, then it didn’t cheat.”
That’s not proof — that’s an assumption. Reports get missed, mishandled, or auto-closed all the time. Multiple tickets being closed without proper response doesn’t suddenly validate innocence.
Also, the timing is convenient:
Admits modding publicly
Gets reported
Suddenly there’s an alt account defending the situation and dismissing evidence
That doesn’t exactly build credibility.
No one is “tattling.” Players are reporting what looks like clear rule-breaking with supporting context. That’s how any fair system is supposed to work.
If you want to argue there’s no proof, fine — but don’t pretend this is just random global trolling when there’s consistent behavior pointing to the same thing.
That’s exactly why this is being pushed.
To paraphrase 2 people talking in that very last slide ..
”what is going on” other person's reply “I have no idea”.
Maybe we are talking different language, but here is what I see from what you showed..
So what is to be assumed by that, other than person purchased Unit pack in game, and now thinks Kabam has forever loyalty toward player ? Unless you are saying that person did something like stolen credit card (or refund) for doing purchase (illegal, should be banned if so, but not directly implied by pics).
Or are you implying that person actually paid some Kabam employee money under the table (or somehow via Unit Pack offer, that the employee then somehow “siphoned” away from Kabam incoming account), and then the employee somehow marked this person's account as an “untouchable” account in some player database (as if such database field would exist) in order for player to never receive a ban in future ??
Only other relevant line I see is comment by someone else “that's why even if he use Mod, Kabam won't ban”.
Which doesn’t say the person actually did use Mod, or that person himself never said (in all your pics) that they use Mod.
So, where did he admit, and where did he “promote” it.
I’m all for banning people who use mods, etc. and maybe there was more to the global chat than shown, but from shown it doesn’t say very much other than some claim about buying unit pack in game and now being untouchable.
(and what does this have to do with the Twitch Streams/Drops thread ?)
The point is simple, and you’re avoiding it:
The player openly talked about using mods in global chat and is promoting it in his Discord server. That’s what was reported. That’s what screenshots were sent for. And that’s what keeps getting ignored when tickets are closed without action.
Instead, you’ve focused entirely on the “unit pack = loyalty” joke and built an argument around that, while completely sidestepping the cheating part.
Also, saying “it doesn’t explicitly say he uses mods” is weak when:
There are statements in context implying it
Other players are calling it out in real time
And he’s openly associated with mod promotion outside the game
