Chapter 9 exploration rewards error

I have just explored 9.1.6 and 9.4.6, and have not received the three basic 7-star crystals. I did receive all other awards. If someone could help or validate if this is a real error, I’d appreciate it.

this was a mistake on my part. These were 7 star class crystals. I did receive this. Apologies for any confusion. Disregard this post.
