Update on OBSERVANCE and ACTION FIGURES

Currently I have 35 Observance and 10 Action Figures. Can anyone confirm the number for me?

Also what was the 3rd reward from CCP DROPS? I never saw it in game.

The last Milestone was supposed to be a Rank-Up Gem. R4 for Elder, R3 for Valiant and Para. Also, your number seems to be correct.
