I get they are trying new things but why during the season with the last piece for stellar forged blade. The update is also just terrible. Why remove health as one of the factors? It's a big factor and makes it worse for players who don't spend money. You could finish with 100% in 40 seconds but the opponent wins with 1% in 39 seconds. Ridiculous. It's only about time without the health points.

It's not completely a payed trait. It's just that it helps big whale rosters even more, but that's not the biggest problem we don't even need to consider that one really. It's just insane that you could play perfectly but since the other guy won a second quicker with 1 health he wins.

After seeing lot of early examples of exact TIME being Ties, even though Attacker Health was way different.
Or Losing when only 1 second difference.

Yes, would seem unfair, even though the point here was to do away with Attacker Health as a trial.

Really should have kept it but FAR LESS than before for this test. Maybe only 2000 pts for max Attacker Health.

That would basically act as a TIE-BREAKER, or even a “was close enough on Time” Tie-Breaker.

Like 1/2 attacker health difference between you and opponent's attacker (ie, 75% vs 25%) would basically be able to make up say up to only 5 or 10 seconds worth of Time Difference.

Bg piece can be obtained. It has a 28 day window. It also not for under developed roster. The Bg piece do require a decent amount of game knowledge and skill.

The piece in 3 day ally colisium is way too time restrictive. Ally colisum is not even ask for skill, any nub can get that piece.

As someone that isn't going to have an issue getting the piece, it will require the least amount of game knowledge and skill in any season. It will require far less effort for those of us that have the bigger stick.

If BG would of started in the first season without health being a factor we wouldn't think anything of it.

It's only because the mode has been established that health and time matter that we think this is a huge problem.

The conversation about whale rosters is always missing a key element. You're not in the same league and won't be playing against many of them anyway.

I am FTP and make it to GC every season. I don't care to climb. So I don't care who has a whale roster. It doesn't effect my progress.

FTP players act like they should be top 5.

Well I see it like a mercy shot, Kabam already ran over BG and brought to the last drop of it life. When I say "ran over", I mean fore and back with Monster truck, all with it "Balance" Def, "Exclusive Purchase Only" Def, Ascension 7* and soon Collective.

I reached diamond 1 quickly but got stuck here for more than 10 matches, seems like the algorithm is using me as punching bag and letting the whales through. Probably some invisible gate like filter system which sorts players on which amount of time they will reach certain brackets 😕

Do they really make that much from people buying the victory shield? As others have pointed out, its the only game mode where you can spend a lot of time and lose progress. Someone will chime in that you need better skillz, but save that for gladiator circuit. The victory track rewards aren't worth it once you get a big enough roster. Its a massive time sink for basically nothing.

The meta is terrible, but the idea that only those that have smaller accounts or don't spend are the ones that play for fun is just stupid.

I gave this season a few tries, and although subjective, it feels even less fun.

Racing to nuke the defenders can be fun - if the SQ didn't already provide a nuke experience + fun thematics.

Fighting against defenders whose only purpose is to prolong the fight - not fun because you have to deal with (1) Abilities that waste time, (2) AI that goes passive and wastes time, and (3) The almost 100% guarantee that you'll lose the round once the fight creeps past 40 seconds.

The players who reach GC will reach GC regardless of meta and those who doesn't, doesn't.

That's the skill and roster requirement for a champion piece.

My alt which is my main rn couldn't reach GC at one point regardless how hard I tried. I had to buy those 2 pieces of deathless champs from radiance.

The story is same again.

It's a single meta, competetive BG, nothings changed about that aspect. No one is being given free pass to hit GC.
