I watched with the same device as always the live stream and my twitch is connected but didn't receive any drops , anyone else have the same problem?

I watched the whole thing, got drops 1 through 4, but somehow only got 83% of the final drop. This is not the first stream recently where this happened. Hoping whatever the issue is, they resolve it.

I always watch it on my tv, this week it wasnt giving credit toward drops.. I had to watch it on my phone for credit. Both are using the same twitch acct.

Yeah I also watched on my TV usually but today it didn't count , hopefully kabam addresses this issue

Had the same issue, but thankfully realized it and just kept it going on silent on my phone. Not sure why TV wasn't working. Now have Noob in the background on my computer and that is tracking fine, but the TV app wasn't tracking for him either.

yeah man had the same issue and did not get the drops unfortunately.

I watched the entire stream on the same device. Had it playing while cleaning the house, didn't get a single thing

Yep, I watched the entire thing, drops didn’t show up until the last 15 or 20 minutes. The drops and rewards tabs on Twitch was just blank. When they finally appeared, the stream was almost over.

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex I watched the whole stream as well, didn’t get any credit due to watching it on TV.
Maybe there’s a way we’ll be able to re watch it for the drops we missed?

In a way I'm glad these stupid livestreams don't go live til 3AM (sometimes 4AM) SATURDAY MORNING here in Australia and I enjoy my sleep, I no longer care for the rewards the likes of Pestiemacao grovel over nor the issues that constantly seem to pop up.

I claimed my drops on twitch but they did not show up in game. And yes I have twitch and mcoc linking. Same thing happened the last time Kabam had a live stream. I just don’t get.

I had the same issue. When I realized it wasn’t counting my time on the Xbox Twitch app I switched to the phone app. I just missed out on the last two rewards. Kabam Support’s response was that I “needed to watch the stream in order to get credit” and “that I need to contact Twitch Support as to why the time didn’t log correctly”. So yeah… not great. They need to replay the stream so those affected can finish up the rewards.

Well, if they send some compensation for this time, they should definitely compensate ones affected first livestream (which was not even on FRIDAY).

This time Im fine with drops, but got screwed a lot first time.

I will be furious if they compensate it now
